Guidelines for Sending Emails

Hi,

You are encouraged to contribute good stuff to the list! You are just requested to follow these GUIDELINES as much as possible!

Guidelines:

Send your contributions to Creditable-Stuff@yahoogroups.com, not me directly
Do not send any Big Attachments (not larger than 3MB). Some Times it’s hard for users to download
Your message should look cosmetically clean, presentable and readable.
Group address Should be in the "To" field to avoid junk mail filtering.
Use an appropriate subject line.
Avoid using just use "Hi", "good one", "nice one", "fwd", "check this" etc. in subject line.
Clean up the ">" forwarding marks, headers, footers, etc. before posting.
Use mixed case and avoid writing in only uppercase or lowercase.
Use standard size fonts only. Avoid extra big or small fonts.
Please don't use too much decorative graphics in the email.
Please do not post more than 4 emails in a day.
Limit your signature line to a minimum. Do not include disclaimers.
Be creative, selective and original.
Do not keep on reposting same Emails.
Shorter contributions are more likely to get posted than longer ones.
Any sort of religious propaganda is not permitted.
Any sort of adult rated stuff/language is not permitted.
Avoid unnecessary personal remarks, disclaimers or commercial messages.
Avoid mails which could hurt feelings of others.
All members are requested to contribute once in a week atleast.

I strongly hope that you have enjoyed your time here. I would really appreciate any help towards the growth and benefit of this group. If you feel nice about the stuff posted here than encourage your friends and family members to join it. This will be considered a great token of appreciation from your side. Smile
